Custom Coiffer Services

Our primary service is consulting with women (of all nationalities) and assisting women in designing their perfect head of hair. We also can assist with designing hair for teens and young girls.

We also offer the following services:

Remote Order Assistance - free basic assistance
With Remote Order Assistance you can place an order from the comfort of your home. A Custom Coiffer Consultant will be available to assist you every step of the way by phone/email!

Direct Remote Order Assistance - $80 + shipping
We will overnight you a Loaner Custom Wig Design Kit, which
includes all the items needed to assist you in designing your perfect head of hair. Plus a Custom Coiffer Consultant will be available to assist you every step of the way by phone/email! We may even be able to send you a sample wig (additional fee applies) to review before you buy!
(fees paid are refundable or will be credited to your order - ONLY when items are returned in same condition as sent out). Items sent should not be altered in any way.

Wig Repair - $250 + shipping
If wig should tear/rip it may be repairable based on it's condition. To determine if your wig is repairable, please email a digital picture of your wig. Please note: Some requests are labor intensive and not cost effective to repair, in such cases purchasing a new is wig is best. In such cases, we have to decline your repair.

Wig Revitalization - $250 + shipping
With this service, additional hair can be added into a Custom Coiffer Natural Hairline Wig at any time. The hair added in can be replacement hair to make wig fuller in certain areas and/or to add in new color. If you have not taken proper care of your hair and incur "matting" this can also be repaired.

1 Year Warranty - $185
(Covers one wig repair and/or wig revitalization )
A warranty can be purchased during first 60 days of new wig purchase for $185. When wig is serviced under warranty you will be advised of shipping cost for your order.

All wigs sent in for repair or revitalization must be free of glue, tape and adhesive residue; they must be shampooed clean, and completely dry.
